As a holistic Birth Doula and Certified Prenatal and Pelvic Floor Yoga Teacher, I support women through all phases of pregnancy–conscious conception, prenatal care, and postpartum healing. Fear, stress, trauma, poor nutrition, or an overall imbalance in your body's energy system can contribute to challenges in conceiving or maintaining a healthy pregnancy. My holistic approach integrates wellness, nutrition, and embodiment to nurture your whole being, inviting you to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms. By deepening your pelvic awareness you will build trust in your body and embrace your inner strength for blissful & confident birth. Prenatal CARE

Authentic prenatal care is about connection, witnessing and sharing. Our initial prenatal visit will allow me to get to know your family, your home, your history, your fears, and your desires to support you in the expansion of pregnancy. Some of the topics we will cover include:

• Self Care Practices

• Prenatal Nutrition & Exercise

• Labor Comfort Measures

• How to involve your partner

• Postpartum Preparation

*If you purchased the Bloom Package, you will receive 2 Prenatal Yoga sessions where we will do a pelvic floor assessment and work on strength and stability exercises to prepare for birth and recovery.

Postpartum CARE

During the postpartum visit we will ensure you are adjusting to life with baby well, process your birth experience and make sure breastfeeding is well established. I will support you with:

• Postpartum Recovery & Healing

• Food Preparation

• Breathing & Gentle Movement

• Newborn Care (diapering, baby wearing)

• Light Housekeeping

*If you purchased the Bloom Package, you will receive 2 Postnatal Yoga sessions where we will go over gentle movement and breathing exercises to support healing and recovery of your pelvic floor. (6-8 weeks postpartum).

Prenatal & Pelvic Floor Yoga

• Learn about the structure and function of your pelvic floor and how it impacts your overall health.

• Explore the pelvic floor muscles and their role in pregnancy, childbirth and beyond.

• Discover exercises and techniques to strengthen and relax the pelvic floor, helping to prevent issues like incontinence, prolapse, and pregnancy discomforts.

• Learn yoga exercises for each trimester and incorporate postures into your labor and birth.
