I offer private yoga classes for groups and individuals from company retreats, to bachelorette parties to beginners looking to work one-on-one.
As a certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher I work one-on-one with mamas to support them in pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum. Learn positions and comfort measures for a more easeful labor & birth, and strengthen and release your core and pelvic floor muscles.
As a Certified Pelvic Floor Yoga Teacher I help people regain strength and stability in their pelvic floor to overcome sacroiliac issues, hip or sciatic pain, bladder weakness, prolapse, and digestive, menstrual and sexual difficulties.
